Product Application  for  HQ6500R self loading concrete mixer truck
HQ6500R  Self Loading Concrete Mixer is  a kind of multifunctional machinery which combines the transit mixer, concrete
mixer and wheel loader together. It can automatically load, measure, mix and discharge concrete mixture. Equipped with
powerful DEUTZ,92 kW Diesel engine and 4 wheel  drive plus 4 wheel steering,  the self loading concrete mixer is just like
a truck and the operator can drive it to where it needs to go. It is very convenient for loading material, such as cement,
aggregate, stone. The mixing unit is slewing hydraulically through 290° for high discharge over
2 m on the four sides of the vehicle.
The the Geometric Volume of Mixing Drum is 9.7 m³. The concrete output is 6.5 m3  per Batch, 26 m3 per Hour.  The wide
cabin windscreen and the specially designed loading arms dramatically improve visibility during casting operations. This
high-productivity self loading concrete mixer is price-worth, easy to use, features excellent daily performance (it may reach

Integrated Structure Chassis and Four Wheel Steering
The Chassis of this machine is kind of integrated structure, which is much more robust and stronger than that with
articulated chassis.
The Drive Type of this mixer is Four Wheel Drive plus Four Wheel Steering (4x4x4), which makes the turning radius much
more smaller than normal type.  The Turning Radius is only 4.8 M.
Full Hydraulic Brake
Thanks to the full hydraulic brake system, the vehicle with full load could be braked easily even on slope and automatically
parked when engine stopped running, which increases the safety when driving in mountainous areas.
