Common characteristics of pilot valves
1) Composed of a pilot control liquid bridge with a fixed liquid resistance, it controls the main valve, secondary valve, or variable lever based on the input signal;
2) The flow rate of the first stage pilot valve is generally only around 1 liter/minute, with a maximum of 3 liters/minute. The flow rate of the secondary pilot valve needs to be determined according to actual needs.
3) The input signals are relatively small;
4) Can accept multiple input methods, such as manual, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical cam, electric proportional, etc;
5) In situations such as variable pump control, multiple pilot valves form a modular structure, making it convenient to choose between multiple functions;
